A Fishtank Cake: Today was my assistant, Elena's, 30th birthday. It was a fish themed day, and I made this fish tank cake for her. (It was white cake on the bottom, and chocolate on top. Nerds were the gravel and gummy fish, swedish fish, and gummy whale/frog/ aligator also swam around.) Elena got a kick out of it, and it was fun for me too.

Your fish cake (well, not an actual fish cake in the way a rice cake is a rice cake) is awesome! I remember it when it was still two cakes in a pan and some blue spray. Oh, how you've grown, my little fish cake.
That's not a sentence I ever thought I'd write.
